When does my access window start?
When you press Watch Now under My Movies, not when you pay. Until then the movie waits for you.
How long can I watch?
Every movie page shows its access time, for example 24 hours. Inside that time you can pause, rewind and resume as often as you like.
Why is my movie not in My Movies yet?
A movie unlocks once your order is confirmed. It then appears under My Movies in your account.
Which devices work?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern web browser. There is no app to install.
Can I watch again after the time is up?
The pass locks when the time ends. To watch again, buy the movie again.
